He is survived by : his spouse Jean O'Connor; his children, Christine Rumsey, Michael Tascher, Tracy Wilson and Brian Tascher; his grandchildren, Jack, Megan, Kyle, Haley, Michael, Nicholas, Alexa and Bryce; and his mother Anna Mary Cassedy O'Connor. He is also survived by three brothers and five sisters.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25th 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Visitation Parish (14139 Seneca Rd, Germantown, MD 20874). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 25th 2022 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
