The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the HOY FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca, where funeral services will immediately follow at 7 PM. Flowers gratefully declined. I was so saddened to hear of Sandy's passing. We were friends in High School, but lost touch over the years. Sandy was a good person and I am so sorry to hear that she is not with us anymore. I will always remember her wonderful smile!
