Peter Flint Coit Jr., 52, Bradenton, died April 11, 2004. He was born June 4, 1951, in Bualo, N.Y., and came to Bradenton in 1999 from there. He was one of the four founders of the Olive Garden Restaurant and was recently a salesman for Saturn of Sarasota. He was an Episcopalian. Survivors include his wife, Marcia (Eckel); his father, Peter F. Sr. of Bualo; sons Peter F. III and Christopher M., both of Bualo; and sisters Karen Wozniak of Bualo and Pamela J. Morphis of Denver. A memorial service will be in Bualo. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home, Sarasota, is in charge.
