Age 70, passed away at home on May 25, 2024, in Warner's, NY after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was born on January 30, 1954, in Buffalo, NY. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Alice Pericozzi, his son Anthony (Erin) Pericozzi, his daughter Angela (Jeremy) Carlton, and his grandchildren Aedan, Gabriel, Nicholas, Gianna, and Cecelia, as well as many other loving family members. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, June 2nd, from 2:00-5:00 PM at Whelan Bros. & Hulchanski Funeral Home, 5854 Belle Isle Road, Syracuse, NY 13209. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, June 3rd, at 10:00 am in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Drive, Syracuse, NY 13219. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and Neuropalliative Care Center at UMR.
