Jan. 3, 1937-Nov. 28, 2024, of Hilton Head Island, SC, formerly of Williamsville and Buffalo, NY. Beloved wife of the late Jerome (Jerry) Fleischman. Dearest daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (nee Rydzynski) Baker. Survived by many cousins and friends.

A graduate of the Buffalo Seminary, Kathy earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from SUNY Buffalo. Kathy was a dedicated teacher of mathematics at Amherst Central Junion High and Middle School for 34 years, having retired at the end of the 1992 school year.. Also, a talented pianist, Kathy taught piano to many young students in Buffalo, proud to hold recitals at Kleinhans Music Hall to showcase their talent. Over the years, Kathy enjoyed playing bridge, writing short stories, entertaining family and friends and traveling the world.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis by the Sea Catholic Church, 45 Beach City Rd., Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 Friday, February 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All are invited to attend. Memorial donations may be made to the Church. www.keithfuneral.com.
