Rhodes; loving mother of Michael (Traci), Thomas, Susan (Brian) Edwards, David, Philip, Joey and Ashley Rhodes; cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren; dearest sister of the late Gerald (Helen) Thielke; also survived by nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rhodes was most proud of being a devoted foster mother to 73 children.
