I moved to Washington, DC area after college and lived there until 2015. I have been running my company, J P Systems, Inc. (JPSys.com) since 1983. We are a Healthcare IT consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We have done very well and are a Federal prime contractor with 60 employees in 12 states. We help Federal agencies manage clinical data.
I enjoy restoring older homes. I restored the house I grew up in and sold that in 2000. I then bought a small 5 ac horse farm built in 1901 in Clifton, VA.
We became snowbirds in 2009 and bought an older home to restore in Sanibel, FL. Unfortunately, the house was destroyed in 2022 by hurricane Ian. It has taken over 2 years to rebuild it but is now better than ever.

I have such fond memories of our AP Spanish class with Debbie Trovato and Judy Markello. Also, I am very grateful for Computer Club and Mr. Burg who ran that. Plus, I played on the tennis team as first doubles and enjoyed that when Bea Massman was our coach. She was always so encouraging.
